SARDOM is an all-volunteer, non-profit search and rescue unit utilizing air scent trained dogs. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to law enforcement, fire/rescue or other agencies, SARDOM responds at no cost to the agency or public.
Committed to the goal of providing prompt, professional assistance, SARDOM's first priority is to save lives. As members of the American Rescue Dog Association (ARDA), the Virginia Search and Rescue Council, and National Association for Search and Rescue (NASAR), SARDOM is constantly updating our members skills through regular workshops, training seminars and joint trainings with other search teams and agencies.
